We don't use contracts or RFPs at Snapmarket. That means you're free to adjust your engagement or part ways whenever your business needs change. Here's what happens if you decide to wind down your partnership.
Everything we create for you is yours. This includes your messaging guide and brand identity assets, all final art files, all content we've produced (blog posts, newsletters, podcast episodes, social assets, videos, and more), your analytics data and reporting history, and any other deliverables created during the engagement.
We'll make sure you have copies of everything before we close out.
If your website has been managed in the Snapmarket workspace, we'll transfer it to your own Webflow or Framer workspace. The process varies by platform (see our guide on transferring your website for details), and we're happy to walk through it with you in real time. Note that there may be a brief period where the site is offline during a workspace-to-workspace transfer while you set up your own hosting plan and reconnect your domain.
If you'd prefer a design-only handoff, we'll export the Figma design files for your team or another developer to implement.
Seats on tools managed through your Platform or Partner subscription (like Ordinal, Descript Rooms, Transistor, Loops, and AgencyAnalytics) are part of your Snapmarket engagement. When your subscription ends, those seats are removed. If you'd like to continue using any of these tools independently, we can help you set up your own accounts and transfer the relevant data before your engagement concludes.
For your podcast specifically, the RSS feed hosted on Transistor can be redirected to a new hosting provider so your subscribers continue to receive your episodes without interruption.
Your domain is always yours. If we've been managing DNS records on your behalf, we'll document the current configuration and make sure you (or your next provider) have everything needed to maintain it. We won't make any changes to your DNS after the engagement ends.
We'll provide a summary of the work completed during your engagement, including links to key deliverables, project milestones, and any relevant documentation. This gives you or your next marketing partner a clear picture of where things stand and what's been built.
Some clients return for project-based work after stepping back from a partner subscription. Others refer colleagues and peers. Either way, we're grateful to have served your business and we're always here if you need us again. You can reach us through [email protected] anytime.
