Story.System.Send is Snapmarket's process for building your entire marketing operation. Instead of creating a custom playbook from scratch for every client, we follow a proven sequence that gives your business a foundational marketing system first, then layers content and distribution on top.
The first step is creating a clear, compelling story to present yourself to the market. Without this, no marketing will ever be effective regardless of budget. Story has three parts:
Research. We start by understanding your business landscape. This can include a marketing audit that evaluates how your organization meets the criteria of modern content marketing, along with ongoing market monitoring that curates industry news and trends relevant to your space.
Message. We interview the leading representative of your brand for about an hour, covering five core questions: who is your ideal audience, what market are you in, why would they buy, where are you competing, and how are you different. We also review your existing websites, brand guides, and other materials to fully "import" your brand. From all of this, we draft a comprehensive messaging guide that becomes the foundation for everything we create.
Visual brand. Once messaging is defined, we extract visual ideas and shape them into a brand identity. This includes logo variants (light mode, dark mode, horizontal, vertical, and emblem styles), a color palette (typically one to two main colors with one to two accent colors), and typography (usually one display font and one paragraph font, often sourced from Google Fonts for universal web compatibility).
After we collaborate on a clear story, we systematize it through three layers:
Design system. We create rigorous templates and think through the underlying variables for everything we make, including design templates, asset types, and tool configurations. By thinking in systems, your dollars go farther, faster.
Website and marketing tools. Your website is the most important system in your marketing operation. Built on platforms like Webflow or Framer, it forms the backbone of your marketing automation, lead capture, and content management. We then connect it to other tools: analytics dashboards, podcast syndication, social media management, email software, CRMs, and more.
Analytics. Partners receive an analytics dashboard with monthly reporting that integrates data from multiple sources so you can understand your marketing performance across all channels, measure KPIs, and learn how your audience interacts with your content.

Podcast and Voice to Market. A podcast is the most efficient way to leverage AI for content creation.
