Voice to Market (V2M) is Snapmarket's podcast-forward content marketing workflow. The idea is simple: You talk about your business for 30 minutes, and we turn that conversation into a full suite of marketing content. It's the most efficient way to create authentic, on-brand content using AI, because it starts with your real voice and expertise.
Because you're the expert. Talking about your business for a few minutes a week is far easier than writing content from scratch, and it gives AI something genuinely valuable to work with. Rather than generating content from nothing, we use your recorded conversations as the raw material and apply our Human-Robot-Human workflow: your voice on the front end, AI-assisted processing in the middle, and human quality control on the back end.
You don't even need to publish the podcast publicly. Some clients use V2M to interview executives for internal documentation, sales materials, training content, and more.
This workflow also serves internal purposes like documentation, training material, sales assets, and more. It also gains value over time: The more V2M recordings we have, the more context AI tools can draw from.
From a single podcast recording, we produce:
Production deliverables:
Edited podcast audio and video
Publishing to YouTube and podcast platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and others via Transistor)
YouTube thumbnail
Show notes
Guest share graphic
Content marketing deliverables:
A blog post based on the conversation
A newsletter to promote the episode or share key insights
3 social media clips with text and image assets
Need a co-host? We can co-host your podcast for a natural, conversational format.
We use Descript Rooms as our digital recording studio, which captures high-quality audio and video from each participant remotely. You don't need any special equipment to get started, though we do provide studio setup recommendations if you want to invest in better gear.
A typical session runs about 30 minutes. Your Snapmarket producer will handle the technical setup, and if needed, we can guide the conversation as co-host.
After recording, our production team edits the audio and video, then our content team processes the transcript through our V2M workflow:
The full transcript is used as source material.
A blog post is drafted from the conversation's key themes and insights.
A newsletter is written to promote the episode or highlight specific takeaways.
Three social clips are selected and produced with accompanying text and graphics.
Show notes are written for use on your website and podcast platforms.
All content is written in your brand voice using your messaging guide, then reviewed by our team before delivery.
If you're a partner or podcast subscriber, V2M is part of your engagement. Your Snapmarket team will help you schedule recordings, prepare topics, and manage the full production and content pipeline. If you're interested in adding V2M to your engagement, email [email protected].
To get the most from each session, come with a topic or two in mind. It helps to think about questions your audience frequently asks, trends in your industry, or lessons from your recent work. Your Snapmarket team can also suggest topics based on your content strategy and intelligence briefings.
