Whether you need a new blog post, a one-pager for a conference, a website update, or a full campaign, the process for getting work started is the same. Here's how to submit a request and what to expect.
The best way to request work is through the support portal at support.snapmarket.co or emailing [email protected]. This ensures your request is tracked, routed to the right person on the team, and doesn't get lost in an email thread.
When submitting a request, include as much of the following as you can:
What you need. Be specific about the deliverable: a blog post, a social media graphic, a website page update, a pitch deck, an email campaign, a podcast topic, or anything else.
Context and details. The more we understand the purpose and audience, the better the result. Share background information, key messages, relevant links, reference materials, or examples of what you're going for.
Assets or content. If you have copy, images, data, or files that should be used, attach them or point us to where they live.
Timeline. Let us know if there's a deadline, event date, or reason this is time-sensitive. This helps us prioritize within our weekly cycles.
Stakeholders. If someone other than you needs to review or approve the work, mention that upfront so we can plan the review process accordingly.
Once your request is submitted, your Snapmarket team will review it, scope the work, and slot it into the project plan. You'll see it appear in your project dashboard as tasks move through our weekly cycles.
For straightforward requests (like a content revision or a simple graphic), we'll typically get started right away. For larger or more complex work (like a new website section or a multi-part campaign), we may follow up with questions or schedule a brief call to align on scope before we begin.
Snapmarket handles a wide range of marketing deliverables, including but not limited to: blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, social media posts and clips, podcast episode topics and scheduling, website pages or updates, pitch decks and slide presentations, sales collateral and one-pagers, business cards, letterhead, and other print media, video editing and promo clips, and brand or messaging refinements.
If you're not sure whether something falls within your engagement scope, just ask. We'd rather you submit the request and let us figure out the logistics than hold back because you weren't sure.
After we deliver a first draft or design, you'll have the opportunity to review and provide feedback. We incorporate revisions and reshare updated work through the same channels.
