Newsletters are one of the most reliable ways to stay in front of your audience. Whether it's promoting a new podcast episode, sharing industry insights, or announcing a product launch, email gives you a direct line to people who've opted in to hear from you.
Snapmarket manages the full newsletter workflow: writing, designing, scheduling, and publishing. If your newsletter is part of a Voice to Market engagement, the content is typically drawn from your latest podcast episode or conversation, meaning you don't need to write anything from scratch. For standalone newsletters, we'll work from a creative brief or topic you provide.
Depending on your setup, your newsletter may run on one of several platforms:
Loops is our preferred tool for modern email workflows. It's clean, developer-friendly, and integrates well with the rest of your marketing stack.
Mailchimp is supported for clients who have an existing Mailchimp setup. In some cases, migrating to Loops can simplify your stack and reduce costs, which is something we can evaluate together.
Your Snapmarket team will recommend the right platform based on your needs, or work with whatever you're already using.
To grow your subscriber list, we embed signup forms on your website. The specifics depend on your platform: for Framer sites, we integrate directly with your email provider; for Webflow, we connect via form handlers or embedded code. If you're using Mailchimp, we'll set up the integration using your Mailchimp form URL.
A standard newsletter from a Voice to Market engagement includes a subject line and preview text, a brief introduction or editorial note, the core content (drawn from your podcast or a specific topic), and a clear call to action, whether that's listening to the full episode, reading a blog post, or visiting a page on your site.
Before any newsletter goes out, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve it. We share drafts through your usual communication channel, and once you give the green light, we schedule and send. If revisions are needed, we update the assets and reshare the same links so you always have the latest version.
Most partners send newsletters weekly or biweekly, often timed to coincide with new podcast episodes. The right cadence depends on your audience and content volume, and we'll recommend a rhythm during your engagement planning.
